In short: the only personal information we ask you for is what you type into the waitlist or a contact form, and we use it to reply to you. We do not sell your information, we do not use this site to advertise to you based on your browsing, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

When you join the waitlist, we ask for your name, email address and phone number, and whether you are an investor planning an exchange or a partner who refers clients. Investors can also tell us the property type and roughly when they expect to exchange; partners can tell us their company or brokerage.
When you use a contact form, we ask for your name, email address, company and phone number, plus whatever you write in the message.
When you visit, standard technical information is recorded or received by the services that operate this site: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. We use it to keep the site running and secure, and to block automated abuse of our forms. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage and stays on your device.

Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms and loads on every page, and Google Fonts serves the typeface. Both send your IP address and browser details to Google. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Blocking cookies from Google will stop our forms from working.
We do not use this site to advertise to you based on your activity elsewhere, and we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Google's reCAPTCHA operates on many other websites and may recognize your browser across them; here it is used only to tell real visitors from automated abuse.

We will not treat you differently for asking. Several state privacy laws give residents rights like these, and we handle requests the same way for everyone who contacts us, wherever you live.
Email infox@1031x.com or call 888-899-1031 and tell us what you want. We will verify your identity first, usually by confirming details you have already given us, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you within those 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our decision. You may also use an authorized agent, if you give us written permission we can verify.
We keep waitlist and inquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or we have to keep them longer for legal, tax or recordkeeping reasons. After that we delete them or strip out the details that identify you.
This site runs over HTTPS and is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to inquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, and we do not promise that ours is. Our trust center has more detail.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about the inquiry you sent. You can reply STOP to any text to stop them. We will not send marketing texts without your separate, express written consent, and consent is never a condition of buying anything. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
The site is meant for businesses and adult investors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
We operate this site from the United States, and information described here is processed here, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
We update this policy when our practices change, and we change the date at the top of the page. If we add anything material, including any analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy before it goes live and post a notice on the site.
